You can contact us to arrange a consultation:
- By phone
- Face-to-face at the surgery
- Via video call
Appointments by phone or video call can be more flexible and may help you receive assistance sooner.
Face-to-Face Appointments
Please attend on time. If you are late, you will not be seen and will need to reschedule for the next working day, except in emergencies requiring immediate attention.

Cancelling or Changing Appointments

Repeated missed appointments may lead to a formal notification, and frequent defaulters may be removed from our patient list.
After-Hours Assistance
If you need medical help outside of our operating hours:

Home Visits
We encourage patients to visit the surgery when possible, as we have more resources available. However, if you are housebound, you can request a home visit by calling us between 8am and 11:30am. GPs will decide if a home visit is necessary and the urgency.
Community Treatment Team (CTT)
For home visits, you may contact the CTT directly at 0300 300 1660. They are available 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm for patients aged 19 and over who are housebound or have mobility issues.
